ZC w/ LSD?
i've been searching for a good priced ZC now for a little while, and Nippon has basically always had the best prices, but i was wondering, has anyone driven a ZC with LSD? honestly, i didnt even know you could get LSD on a zc motor, is paying all that extra really worth having the limited slip?
and also, would i be better off just using my Si transmission or the ZC's, i was going to put the final drive in the Si tranny, but thats too much work and i decided against that, what do you suggest?
this is the pricing nippon has
88-91 Honda Performance Engine ZC(DOHC) 4 Cyl $495 Engine+5speed Trans: $600, +ECU: $750; +LSD: $950

The ZC tranny is geared toward acceleration, where the Si tranny is geared more high way driving. If you already have the Si tranny, don't get one.....but if you want to spend the extra $$ on an lsd do that!! I've never driven a ZC w/LSD but I want one. they help a ton. Plus it's cheaper to do it now, when you purchase the engine/tranny, then waiting.
thanks, so being as how i have 91 CRX Si, i already have the Si tranny, your suggestion is to go with that instead of spending another $100 on the zc's?
chances are i'll be ordering engine w/o tranny, the ecu, and the LSD
