Fog Light Wiring Confusion
I've been searching around for some clarification on the wiring instructions for some foglights I recently got. Instructions are piss poor, but I like the lights so I want to use them. They're AAA HT868. Kinda cheap, I know 
. Anyways, the lights have a second running light inside besides the main fog lamp. There is a wire that I need to splice into the running lights so they come on when I turn the switch on the steering column. Where should I splice that into? I'm not an expert with wiring diagrams, not to mention if I should splice-in before or after the fuse box. I might not be very clear, but I think some of you can get a mental picture of what I'm talking about. Help? 
Oh, and until I hookup this wire it seems nothing comes on at all. I'm hoping that's that needs to be done. Car=89CRX Si
