Wondering if my 1990 crx has a throttle sensor or my timing is off b/c after the car is warmed up whether it be on Park or Neutral the RPM go wacky. the car goes to like 2000+ RPM and back down adn then back up until its about to stall but on Drive its normal.

there should be a Tps sensor on the intake manifold(if your rex is MPFI) i cant remember where it is located on the dx models if they have.another thing u might want to do is.remove and clean your eacv

Yes, they have a TPS on the throttle body.

This is not the cause of your problem, nor is the ignition timing.

fluctuating idle caused by EACV not working right or could be low coolant level

could be a number of things...because my car does this and has since i did my swap. it could be a vacuum leak, check all your hoses, could have a leak in your intake mani. gasket, could be the eacv, and is most likely not a timing issue.

Sticky throttle? Maybe it needs to be lubricated.
