Default b20z in crx ??

Ok so i bought a b20z it's in really good condition so im' quite happy now i'm gonna put a b18c4 head on it and make some upgrades to the engine to prepare it for bigger RPM. Can i put a b20z in a crx from 1990 year ?? Beacause i have civic 4d 6g from 1998 and on the begining i was thinkin on putting this b20z in it but i think that it's a waste of an excelent project in a 4 door civic beacaue maybe it's to heavy. What do you think ??

you could put it in the 90 with b series mounts and whatnot, it would be basically like puting in any other b series motor. you would want to find a cable tranny

Search the boards for details. Backdate it to OBD-0 and a cable trans and you're good to go (plus a mount kit, axles, wiring, etc.)
