EG is the chassis code for the 1992-1995 Civic.
EF is the chassis code for the 1988-1991 Civic.
EK is the chassis code for the 1996-2000 Civic
EP is the chassis code for the 2001-2005 Civic

and of coarse...integras

DA '' '' 1990-1993 integra
DC '' '' 1994-2001

there, gave u extra information. if u have one of these look on your VIN number, i guarentee you will see the chassis code in it.

Ok, since he fared pretty well and you guys didn't really rip him apart... I know I probably don't deserve to be on here for not knowing this, but please enlighten me: whats the difference between JDM and USDM. Is JDM from Japan, and USDM is United States, or is that completely wrong? Sorry if I made you dumber from having to put up with my ignorance... I'm just not really much of a tuner... I just like engines.

USDM = United States Domestic Market
JDM = Japanese Domestic Market

Each market received completely different models, and generally different engines. Accessories where different, along with a few other things... namely the JDM cars are right hand drive (driver sits on the right side of the car,) while US cars are left hand drive (driver sits on the left side of the car.)
