Default squeaky clutch pedal

Does anyone know?
My annoyingly squeaky clutch pedal (that sqeaks everytime I put in the clutch) still sqeaks and I just sprayed wd-40 on the outer part of pedal cluster, might that mean it could be the clutch cable is worn and ready to snap or what could it be?

White lithium grease in a spray can. I've used it to fix squeaky pedals in a couple cars.

I had a squeaky chian on my bicycle back in the day that just drove me frikin nuts, and one day I was that's it... I gotta do something.
Of course I couldn't find the type of lube I was looking for anywhere and I had looked all over town so I was like fvck it. I put some motor oil on it and it didn't squeak for like a couple of months evan tho the bike was left out in the rain. Fact: most motor oils don't have any harmful or abbrasive chemicals in em, so it is good for many things.

You know, you can get bike chain lube from any decent bike shop... chainsaw bar and chain lube would also work well and can be found at any hardware store.

I wouldn't think it would be much of an issue on the highway because you are just sitting in 5th gear.
