understood. How much do you think rings cost for my car and would it be worth it or should I just get another engine if the rings are bad? I mean which would be more cost efficient in the long run. Do engines that have rings replaced usually end up bad soon after replacement? or could it last for another 50,000 miles and maybe have nothing else major wrong with it? Also if my rings are bad and have been going bad for a while then could it have caused other damages to the car? Sorry for so many ?s but i'm just trying to do the reasonable thing to save myself other expensive problems down the line.
