Default my ef in progress...important

Hey guys, I posted a couple of times in here but never I did pictures of my car. You probably don't know me much so I can tell you that I'm a 19 year old student who lives in (Quebec) Canada and works part time in a garage as a tecnical advisor. For now my car doesn't look good but I'm starting working on it this winter. It has a front end conversion from an ef9, vision corners, and thats about it
This winter I plan on repainting all the car in dark grey (pretty much like the hood from my conversion) and re-do the floor and both rear quarter pannels.
What pushed me on posting here is a little "problem" that happened to me:
Some of you may be aware of this.
About a year ago some guy by the name of Jordan Williams who recently had bought a full ef9 kit was trying to sell his front and rear seats. I decided to but those seats for a large amount of money (800$ - enough to buy a front end conversion and have it shipped). I know, you must think I'm crazy, but after he sent me 40 pictures, I realized those seats where more than extra clean and that I couldn't miss that opportunity. So I faxed him a contract and payed him full (+ the shipping which was close to 300$US). Thing his this guy only sent me the rear seats. I was very happy when I received the rear seats because they were in A+++++++ condition. Over the weeks I called him severalk times to inquire about when he would ship the front ones. He always had excuses about his job and things like that that he was to much occupied... So I waited but kept calling him once every two weeks. Finally in june, I called him at his job STREET BEAT CUSTOMS in Arizona and they said to me that he didn't worked there anymore. I must say that that place was less than helpful and I explained to them what the problem was and they said they would get back to me but never did. So I got scammed. Not afraid to say it. Nothing I can do... I lost a lot of money which took me a hell of a time to get at 8$/hour (CANADIAN). Not a shame to say that I cried because I was a shame of myself and frustrated that someone could do this to anyone. So if anyone know this Jordan Williams that lived in Scottsdale AZ and worked at sreet beat customs, just tell him what an horrible person he is. You may say I shouldn't tell his name or things like that online but I think it's the only thing he deserves. So this is it... my "ed7->ef9" in "progress". The rims are the slipstreams I got and that I will put in next summer and the brake master cylinder is from an integra type r (1") and will also go on the civic this winter for a full integra brake conversion... I'll keep you posted with the changes to my civic. (by the way the photo of the rear seats show them after my cat slept on them so lots of hair on them-I also didn't picture the part you sit on). My advice to all people that sell-buy-or build a car: Becareful, someone somewhere will always try to take advantage of you and the money you won by working hard... Tanks guys for "listening"to me! *This message will be posted on a couple of forums I'm subscribed to"

Nice car, sorry to hear about the loss on the front seats. Where did you get the vision corners?

My car should be looking like that pretty soon.

Sux to hear that. If u sent him a contract have you ever sought out the help of the Scottsdale police dept. I mean he commited a crime over state lines and Country lines. I believe thats well over a federal crime.

I know it's a federal offense but I don't think the police from Arizona would care for some kid from up north

Take a trip to Arizona and hunt him down. That's not right. Authorities kid especially if you made a contract.

If I spent that much money on seats I would save a little longer and buy a plane ticket and go smash his face off a curb.
