I'm thinking about getting rid of the 00 civic and picking up a crx cause i moved to milwaukee and insurance it a lot higher with all the thieves. So my question is any crx i get in wisconsin will probably have rust, so i don't know if anyones done this and can tell me how much it would cost to get all the rust removed and the car repainted.

500 including paint and removing all the rust, that seems rather cheap
