Default big brake kit

does anybody know if they make a big brake kit for an 89 crx? everyplace i have checked seem to carry every car but the crx.

They're around. Costs an arm and a leg, but they're around(might want to just go for integra parts as mentioned). I had a link on my old computer to a place that has them, but haven't gone there since I started up my new one. I'll post it when I find it, don't have time running out the door now.

i'd switch to rear disc brakes off a 90 or 91 CRX and then buy their upgrade kit for the rear, it's cheaper that way.

Getting better pads should be more than enough brake upgrade for your CRX, unless you're doing a lot of road racing with an engine swap.

i plan on doing a swap in the near future, but i dont' have the flow for it now. probably a b18c and rebuild it. i am not sure how extreme i am going to go with it though.

i am in the process of doing this. i bought a recked si the other day so i plan on doing a tranny swap and transfering the rear brakes over to mine.

true, for stock spec 300 treadwear tires the stock brakes are overkill.
