help with fuel filter

I just bought a 91 crx. I noticed the service bolt is broken off on top of the fuel filter. Am I screwed. Help!

How bad is the damage? Can you grip any of bolt with vice grips?

Then buy a new filter and bolt.

Saw the old one out so your left w/2 open ends and get yourself an aftermarket inline fuel filter that can be installed with a fuel line and hose clamps and you'll be good to go.
