civic wagon 4wd
what can anybody tell me about the drive train on the 4wd wagon i just bought it i know it kicks in with 30% wheel slippage how much power can it take cause i just planned to put a dohc zc and some boost thanks guys also if your know of any 4wd forums that would be cool this is my third honda and i don't know sht about this one except that it has the same moter as the si

General concensus is that it can take the power of a ZC, but not of a boosted ZC. I have no personal experience however.
Figure the it has about 25 pounds more body and about 75 pounds more drivetrain, so I'd guess about 100 pounds more then the same year hatchbacks.

There are a few boosted wagons with sohc vtec engines and they run good with 5-8 lbs of boost. The drivetrain is not bullet proof so if your planning to run 10-15 lbs of boost you may begin to see problems. http://www.hondacivicwagon.com/ go to that site the guy who runs it has a boosted 4wd wagon and at least one other member has one two.
