for one thing- I am not trying to make this car pretty- as my daily driver is a pretty car- this is just a toy, like I said I had 98 percent of this stuff in my garage, everything is a used or returned item I couldnt sell, a far as fuel management I have a s-afc hack and 440cc injectors and a walbro fuel pump. Another reason is because the car is a d-series motor. There is nothing like telling someone you have a d-series and then smokin there ass. Even if it is boosted. Like I said, I bought, tore down, rebuilt, and ran this D16 in like a week and a half. Its not pretty, it is a toy, But it is REAL FAST! At 8-10 psi on a 95 degree day I ran low 9's consistantly in the 1/8. The day I was testing, a guy w/a civic hatch ran 8.5's on slicks w a ls motor and a 50 shot. I would say on slicks this crx could be in that range. This crx has stock suspension and stock wheels and tires for now. I am not trying to dump a bunch of cash. I just has a set of coilovers returned so I will probably put those on there. Plus, The night before the track I got it on the interstate boosted up to 15-17 psi and backed off, wastegate wasnt opening, but I know this car can handle some boost, and if I blow it up-so what- I had a few people around here say- how come you didnt put a b series in it? or why did you do this- or why didnt you do that? I didnt do it cause I didnt have it in the garage at the time. There are a few things I am planning to do like I paln on putting in a little bit bigger injectors, fuel rail, - I am leaning out a little above 13 psi, I just want to push this motor as much as I can, Then when I blow it up I will track down a b18 and try that. I am addicted to working on cars, I spend most of time at my garage, I had originally built this for the 4cyl shoot out here in Knoxville, but didnt finish in time. I cant believe you dont like the sterring wheel. Hell I like it, even if it is APC-lol the tack was required because the factory tack sucked and was off real bad, and trying to look at the s-afc is just stupid. When I asked what you thought I wasnt referring to it as look at the crx in general I was just want to know what people thought of the turbo kit? Anyway here are some pics of my daily driver
