Anybody in Washington State, preferably near Eastern Washington have an Si engine, d16a6, I can buy? I need a nice and reliable one not one that's going to die on me in 6 months. Let me know because it didn't pass emissions and for right now I just want it to pass so I can swap something in there later.

why do you think you need to replace the engine to pass emissions? Unless your current engine is blowing blue oil smoke out the tail pipe it should pass if properly tuned up.
