Will break and sespention parts of 90 or 91 dx fit on a 88 crx hf? is trany the same or would it be good to swap? swap ecu? please help, thanks

 

holy crap, ive had better conversations with a crack head in a mini mart thats been up for days and has been living off of doritos since they were 10.
slow d-o-w-n . you can mix and match d series parts.the suspension i dont know because i have never owned a crx.but i really doubt that it would be different.what kind of parts of your suspension?

 

sorry, i was in a hurry to pick up my daughter. I need the breaks and the springs and shocks. I also need the half shafts. a friend found me a 90 or 91 dx that has all the parts i need but i dident know if they would all fit.

 

WHy don't you just do an engine swap that is if you want to and if the engine is in good shape and all and if it will fit in the 90 or 91 dx??? Just a suggestion but you know I am kind of a newbie at this so if I am worng I am wrong and if I am right then WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! :lol:

 

Yes, assuming you mean you want to convert it. It's not good enough to justify swapping. A DX ECU will not run an HF.

 

im just looking to get the crx on the road till i get the money to do it right. but i need breaks, half shafts, clutch, shocks and springs, and altinator. a friend found a 90 or 91 dx parts car for 150$, that almost half of what the stock breaks are new. but i wanted to know if the parts would swap first.

 

all parts are swappable excluding the ecu due to the dual point injection
