Default car burning oil... help

hi i just swapped an ls b18a1 into a crx hf and it is burning oil like crazy, we havnt gone thru and started to check out what could be wrong right now i just have ideas in my head but do you think that it could be that i have bad piston rings? any other thoughts on why my car is burning oil.... if theres any thoughts or ideas let me know please... thanks

Did it burn oil before the swap? Sounds like a problem with the oil control rings. Do a compression test. If you have good compression on all cylinders you might try the tranny fluid cure to decarbonize the oil control rings.

wait... whats the tranny fuil cure... sorry i dont get it... i did a compression check and everything is good... i havnt checked H-A.net in a while so i didint check this in a wwhile please help
