When I've seen custom jobs like that they weld sheet metal over the entire opening. Talk about a serious tint job!
I don't mind the windows, its the ground effects that clash with them. When you shave windows like that you generally go for a smooth clean look all around. The ground effects put a quick end to that idea. Without the ground effects I think it would look pretty slick, sorta like a mini sedan delivery.
Welding metal over the window areas? That's just f*ckin' dumb.
Anyway, are those SiR seats? Nice.
Thats the way they do it. When I was doing locksmithing I got sent to unlock an '83 Buick Regal. (keys in the ignition...oopsie) It belonged to this nice black lady apprx mid 40s. It was gold flake metallic, had the rear quarter windows welded over, had a chain link steering wheel, a crushed velvet interior, full hydraulics, and was rolling on Daytons. I was like damn, where am I, LI NY or East LA. LMAO. That was the first time I ever saw quarter windows welded over. Not something I would do to my car, but that black lady's Regal sure was phat. Even a skinny white boy like me could appreciate it.
