Default How do the spritzers work?

Just wondering how the windshield spritzers are supposed to work. On my stalk I have two switches, one for the rear wiper and one for the fronts. On the rear wiper switch, if I rotate it fully up or down it spritzes the back window. Nothing happens to the front. The front wiper switch is the end of the stalk and it appears to push in slightly, I thought maybe this was how you spritzed the front windshield, but nothing happens when I push on it. How are these things supposed to work? My owners manual is missing. I looked under the hood and all the lines are hooked up fine.

Did you try pushing the wiper switch towards you?
