My second gear scratches really bad downshifting, and grinds when upshifting. I have a 1991 crx si tranny sitting in my motorshed. I compared the two and it looked like the bell housing would bolt up. I'm just not too sure about the mounts. Has anyone ever done this swap?

 

I forgot to say that i have an 87 crx Si with the ew4 motor.

 

the spline count is probably different, but i'm not sure.
