Use a Sunk 2 manifold and, maybe a 70mm tb?

You'll get killer intake gains if you have the stock B16 intake polished (NOT ported, just polished) and port-matched to the cylinder head.

Combine that worked intake manifold with a bigger throttle body and a 2 or 3 PSI increase in fuel pressure, and you'll feel the gain. Swapping in a "race" manifold by SkunkBunk or someone else won't necessarily be the best way to go.

price on polishing is different every where you go. A good tb will cost you about 300 bucks or so. but you can just get a fuel pressure regulator and you can set it where you need it. the price varies with different companies. I've used an AEM and a B&M and the both worked good.
