Default Prothane Motion Control Bushings

Recently I had installed enregy suspension bushings on my 91 CRX Si and had noting but problems with them. They were always squeeking and making noise and some of them even split and cracked. Well I decided to take them out and give the Prothane bushings a try. Well I wanted to let everyone know these bushings are definately in my opinoin are better than the energy suspension kit. My car handels better than ever, and there are no squeeks, clunks or any noise from them. Let me know if you or anyone you know had any problems with the prothane kit. thanks.

I've heard the same thing you just said. I know several autocrossers who have thrown out their ES bushings and replaced em with Prothane.

the red polyurethane ones are terrible...require constant maintenance (greasing)

if you got the graphite ones (black) they have a naturally occuring lubricant that prevents squeaking and cracking...i'm actually selling a set (look in my sig) and prothane rear trailing arm bushing

So as long as you grease them they should hold up fine?
Anyone have trouble with the black ones?

I got the red ones but I also have a lift so greasing them is easy.

i have the black ES bushings, and they i have had no problems with them. they dont squeek, clunk, and my car handles better than ever. its also quieter because my old rubber bushings were so worn, my suspension would make so much noise. now its perfect. ordered a set from suspension.com and they have been nothing but a big help
