you know I had the same problems about 4 months ago. It turns out that I had a few wires shorted and crossed because the previous owner massacred the electrical system. There should be a map of which fuses do what on the panel that covers them under the steering wheel. If you can't find a map there than you can probably find one in a search engine or something. Anyway, check thourougly under your hood on your electrical wires. If you have wires under your hood that lead to nowhere or crossing wires, tape the ends of them off with electrical tape individually or cap them off. After you do all that, than check your fuses, because crossed and shorted wires can cause them to blow. I went though like 4 fuses just installing my cigarette lighter plug if all else fails, I'm sure a mech will take a look at it and let you know what's wrong (just don't pay him to do an easy job :P)

According to my Helms... the fuse for horn/brake lights is number 35 in the fuse panel in the engine bay. Should be a 15amp.

Good luck

Oh yeah... being that your parking lights don't work, but your dash lights DO work (they are on the same fuse)... then you likely have a short/open problem in wiring.

Just for the record, the main fuse for lighting is #33 in the engine bay fuse panel, but the parking lights are fused again in the dash panel #8.
