Hi~* My name is sandee, and I am kind of familiar with this site cuz my boyfriend comes here and well yeah...So, anyways, I just got my "rex" custom painted, nothing special. But it's starlight purple, and its has 16" adr (white powder-coated). Um...it's an HF, and I am still debating on whether I should get a b18a or a b16a...What do you guys think? Yes, I plan on getting it turbo'd, so I know lower compression is better and oh gosh, my dilemma...but HI! nice to meet everyone...hehehee...hopefully i can take a pix of my car, it wont look too nice compared to everyon elses'. I want a xenon body kit on it, soo...yeah it will take me a few more months to save before i can get my swap; so i have time to debate on which engine i should get, so help me! thanks

 

Welcome to the forums. I say get the best that your funds will allow so you don't regret it. If you want the best you better get it the first time, so if it takes a little longer to save up for at least you have what you really wanted instead of saying I can't wait to get a bigger engine.

 

Depends on your goals more than anything, a B18a with at turbo can get you into the 12's quick, but a little work with the B16 can do the same, if not exceed it due to the higher redline.
