Default headlight adjustment?

i'm having problems getting my pass. side headlight to sit straight in relation to my hood. i have tried everything i can think of, but it still wants to slope down towards the center of the car. anyone have an idea why? the car was hit on that side before i got it, so i'm thinking something is bent, but i can't see any problems. any info is appreciated. thanks.

I'd say, check the adjustment bolts for the headlight and inspect the entire housing, it could be something is bent over there. compare it to the driverside. hell, even grab the light to see if theres any play. are there anystrange noises when the car is idleing? have you ever sat on your friends hood and warped it; only to use your hands and rebend it back into place (its quite fun) ? grab it and slighty make it bend the way you want, only after you've checked the housing and the adjustment bolts.

or you could pull it off completely and inspect, then replace with another that appears to not have been in an accident before.

i have tried 3 different lights, and none fit straight. i'm pretty sure the front of the frame is messed up somewhere, because my front wheel on that side is pushed back about a half inch. thanks for the advice, though.
