Default GSR in 90Civic DX?

When i got this civic.i never even had the intention of dropping in an engine..i thought about da ZC motor B16 and now im thinkin about the GSR..I was wondering wut i would need if i do decide to drop in a Gsr motor into my Civic.and roughly how much am i looking at...Out of those 3 i know dat the zc would be the easiest.but i want something with a bit more power........dont get me wrong..the zc still givin out some push//...but still................the other major thing is price too.i dont wanna spend like 5000 dropping in an engine.or else i might as well go out and buy another car.......im jus looking for rough estimates and which u guys would think is best...

Search and read please. There are a number of very smart and experienced guys that don't mind helping out and lending their knowledge. But when there is a thread that is basically that same thing as yours 1/2 a page down(litterally), you're not gonna get very many responces.

the gsr is going to run you $3-4000 just the motor no ecu no axles no motor mounts.
the guy who is going to do my swap has an unbuilt gsr motor for sale for 3 grand.
go to www.ardperformance.com they have the set up for you @3500. plus shiping its like 500 bucks. this site tells you everything you need to know about your swap.

ok i got a number for you to call .its a engine/smog modification phone number.
i called it today i was told that i can drop a b16 into my car a slong as it has the 02 sensore. the number is 1800- 952 -5210.u cannot drop any motor into your car that is older than your vehicle, it has to be of the same make. in my case he sed because the del sol is still a civic it will pass, but again only if it has an 02 sensor.if you want the sight you can go to www.smogcheck.ca.gov
