Default Suspension questions

Anyone know what suspension will interchange with 88-91 crx's?
Right now I have 89 teggy spindels brakes and sway bar on it. Was wondering if something newer would fit.

The safest way I know of is to go to a Honda dealer parts department and do a cross reference. They can print out a list for you; at least they do it for my CRX versus some other models on a parts specific basis.
The alternative is to contact a really knowledgeable salvage yard and see what is available. They also have cross reference lists.

I never heard of anyone using 86-89 Integra suspension. I thought they had torsion beam suspension, so how do you know you have 89 Teg spindles?

86-89 Integras and 84-87 Civics use completely different suspensions then the newer models. I'd be willing to bet that sway bar will be too narrow for an 88+.

I have 1989 Integra spindles , rotors and calipers on the front of
a 90 CRX. Bolted right on. I had the struts figured that the xtra wieght of the B18 would set the stock CRX spring down to far but
the teggy springs are to heavy and the front end sat up way to far. So i put the oem back on. 90-93 teggy is different.
Has anyone used the Avid racing mounts? If so does your WHOLE
dang car VIBRATE?

i did alot of 88-91 crx rear disk swaps before so i know what works for sure. find a 92-95 civic si grab the entire rear disk setup bolts right on the only thing you will need is the compensation arm off the stock crx suspension, if you need help with this e-mail me and i can send you pics and everything, the e-brake cables are a bit longer but they still work fine. and you can use your stock proportioning valve.

90-93 tegs work for the rear disc brake conversion too. If anybody is interested i have the full setup. I was gonna do it but it's more trouble than i feel like bothering with right now.

trouble, if you lived closer to me i would do it for next to nothing, it takes next to no time to do at all, unbolt and bolt up, i am still using my stock proportioning valve setup for rear drums and its mint. by the way how much do the rear teg disks cost on average for the swap, because i have a setup at home.
