No, not dual exhaust. Just a muffler with 2 tips on it as opposed to one big tip.

Sis had dual tips stock. The HKS Sport muffler has dual tips also.

Heres a pic of fourthgenhatches hks looks good as hell and looks pretty much stock. I know its not a crx but from that view its not much different.
