You're probably going to need atleast valve springs and retainers.

Valvetrain involves basically everything in the head... cams, springs, retainers, rocker arms, etc...

you will most definitely need new springs and retainers with a stage 3 cam...you'll need high rpm strength springs (inner/outer), and titanium retainers...i'd also replace the valves with lighter stronger units and get bronze valve guides (basically a complete head rebuild)...also since you will be running higher compression get a stronger headgasket and arp studs...also while you are at it get the head a simple port & polish...all this leads to alot of $ but a sizeable amount of power
