need help b16!!

need help b16!!
b16 goin in a 90 hb si
ok first i have a problem with the coolant sensor.. oh the b16 i have it is located at the back of the block, top of the oil filter .."looks like a battery in a way" and the plug ins on my stock si harness wont work what should i do?......the one on the b16 its not a harness it slike some kind of connectors..HELP!!!!..is the anyways to make it work!!!
and another is my VSS the one on my b16 is a harness..so im think its a eletrical VSS..and the one on my stock si tranny is a cable line WHAT SHOULD I DO ... i NEED HELP!!!!!!!! ASAP....any alternative for it to work!
