hello this is my first time here...i have a 95 240sx with a 2.4 liter Ka24de engine...has 155hp ..not sure on the torque but its more then 155....and a stock LSD. So anyways some guy at my work wants to run me.... he has a crx with a b16....i dont know much about hondas so i was wonderin if you guys could tell me the specs of the b16 as well as if it is worth my time for me to race him....i dont know if you guys are 240 haters....some people are......but it seems that most people are sellin hondas, acuras and goin to nissan....anyways thx for lookin at my post.

this belongs in kill stories.

to answer your question, the b16 crx is at advantage, but it all comes down to the driver.

btw, are you sure that your car has lsd? if so, its quite rare. unless youre in CAN or something..

b16a1 has 160 hp and the crx chassis will probably weigh in at about 2100-2200 lbs its be a drivers race and depends on car conditions and tires

crx with a b16a should win pretty easily...a s14 weighs about 2,500lbs and a stock crx weighs ~2,000lbs...though you may be even off the line due to rwd, lsd, and low rpm torque verus the crx's light weight and lack of low end torque...however a stock k24 will quickly run out of breath where the lighter, high rpm torque crx will get an advantage and start pulling way

CRX.

The US market got shit for engines in our 240's, kinda like how our CRX's have shit for engines.

240's in the US got a crappy truck engine that can only be turbo'd to make good power...only the sr16ve was a great n/a platform but nissan didn't bring it over here (prob due to how difficult it is to pass emissions here)
