I'm considering making a purchase...

1991 black Civic Si Hatch
150k miles...

Body needs some work... hood needs repainting--really bad repair on left fender and a rust spot on the left reat quarter panel.

A/C is screwy... not sure what the issue is there...

Car needs an axle (CV).

Has wheel covers, but they're hosed.

Engine runs good but I'm curious about the clutch... it bogs a bit when i drop the clutch @ low rpm, but picks right up. Gears do not grind at all. Didn't run it to redline.

No power steering.

What do you guys think?

I don't have any pics, or I would have posted them. Hood will be cheaper to replace with a used CF hood I think, but there are quite a few "other" issues that I'm pondering whether it's worth it or not...

I'm thinkin about offering $750

 

You can buy mine for 2500. 1991 Civic SI HB. 201k but rebuilt motor 3k ago. Body good... No rust... all around great shape.
