you can rewire the bumper lights with the wire that goes into the corner-city lights (the ones that always stay on). their sockets are different so you'll have to cut/splice their wires and reverse them.

He could do it with a single fillament, but it takes more creative wiring.
Going double would simplify the process and probably be safer in the end.
Beware, in second generation Integras rewiring the stock bulb to always be on will usally melt the light housing. This problem may also occur in the Civic.

I just wired my bumper light from my corner lenses with no problem and the wired my windshield leds from the bumper lights so that they would only come on when I turned.
