get a crx hf or civic std ecu, go run emissions while running the car off one of those and ur pretty much guaranteed to pass

 

The numbers mean nothing without telling us about your car.

What trim? Stock engine? Modifications? How old is the cat and fuel filter? When was the last time the injectors where cleaned?

High NOx readings are usually due to running lean and the resulting high cylinder temperatures IIRC.
