TL Rear Seats
I got a 3.2 TL as a loaner car since my Integra is in the shop and I know nothing about this car.
Do the rear seats fold down? I know there is a pass-through, but it's not large enough for the items I need to move tomorrow.
I don't know the year, but I can snag the VIN if that helps.

If it is 99 and up, then no, the rear seats do not fold down. You can remove a couple of screws and take our the rear seat though.
