Default TCS indicator on TL

The TCS light on my 99 TL has started to come on and stay on after about 10 minutes of driving. Anyone had this problem and know what it is going to cost me to fix?

Maybe one of the sensors has gone bad. This is the first I've heard so you better take it back to the dealer and let them check it out. Or it could be a short causing the TCS light to come on intermittenly.

My tcs light came on plus my engine light. lugkly i have a snap-on modis scanner. the egr passages was clog. It might be the same thing. change your egr gasket, and clean the passages. use carb bleaner to get the carbon off. You might have take the valve cover and clean the passage that leads to the egr. this will take 4-5 hours.

it is for traction control but the egr being clogged can affect this.

go to autozone and have them run a obd2 check. ABS sensor could also cause trac control to go out. Is your abs light on also?
