Does anyone have ?
A K/N slip in air filter on their 04-08 TL 3.2.
I priced a oem air filter for her car. The dealer want like $24. I'm trying to tell her it'll be cheaper down the road & would gain a tad bit more power. It's $47 @ Autozone. Our ride is a 05 Auto.
You know how most woman are. If you start adding things they think about you racing. I guess she think it's going to make her car sound like my B16 Si or GSR.
Of course if I was only driving it I'd do a intake for it.

Tell her in 2 years, it will pay for itself. Plus, you get a few extra ponies with the K&N.

I'm trying to convince my wife. I know it"ll give a bit more hp. My wife just think it"ll sound like my B16 or my GSR.

K&N replacement filter won't alter the sound at all.
