I know I am not getting fuel and the fuel pump is not running. Long story on the car, but I am trying to check the main fuel pump relay. Is there a way to check it before I just go grab a new one? I have checked all fuses and fuseable links in the car. Is there a way to get to the fuel pump without dropping the tank?

I also notice that the fuel gauge is not working. Some wires were cut and I resoldered them back together at the access panel in the tank. Is there a way to check the function of the gauge and or float?
