Lock not working
my lock on my drivers side door is not working unless I manually push it down, I can push the button to unlock but not lock- some how this got screwed up while i was taking the panel off the door but I have no idea how because i couldn't even get that wire off! Any ideas? Any way to fix this?

With your door panel off, does it work? If it does, then you probably is either didn't install the door panel back on correctly or a wire in pinched. If not, then your actuator probably needs to be replaced.

Well, sometimes an actuator can only go one way if it is broken. Lets say it can only push (unlock) and not pull (lock).

Take off your door panel and you will see the actuator. It is usually in black and have 2 wires coming out of it and it connects to the door lock.
