Default TL 1999 heater problems

1.The heater valve isn't moving.
2. When I move it manually it is still not giving me a hot air into the cabin.
3. The motor on the passenger side is not moving either?

Are you getting air flow through the vents? If not you may need a harness and transistor update (Theres been some problems with this) and maybe a blower motor too if connector is corroded/damaged.

If you are getting air flow but it will not get hot you may need a blend motor on the bottom of your heater box.

If all this is operating correctly you need to check for coolant flow through your heater core, make sure you are not low on coolant and the flow control valve moves when the temp dial is moved.

Hope this helps.

'99 Acura TL -- I also have a temperature problem although it sounds slightly different than the original post. I cannot cool my car without setting it to the lowest number nor can I heat it without setting it on the highest number.

It was cold last night, for example, so I had to set the heater to 90 in order to warm the car.

Any ideas? My deal can't figure it out, but I have little faith in their green techs.
