Default Timing Belt Replacement 2000 3.2Tl

I do not own a manual so don't tell me to go there but how often do I need to replace the timing belt? I read a bit it seems 90K but wanted to double check.
thanks

You can inspect it yourself for wear and tear but if you are, for example, going at highway speed and it snaps, there goes your engine.

Is it a large job for a dealer? I hear that it involves lifting the engine to replace the belt. thanks again

I don't know about lifting the engine but I know it is a big job and you should also replace the water pump when you do the timing belt.

there is no lifting of the motor1 all you are doing is removing the side motor mount, which is at the front of the motor. you can replace the water pump but i have very rarely seen them leak. that is all up to you. i use to work for a dealership. hope it helps.
