Default Need Help with a brake upgrade

Hi,

I have a 2003 Acura TL type-s and with all hondas I have driven, I have problems with the brakes. They are not very powerful and the rotors tend to warp pretty quickly. I was looking into a bigger brake upgrade such as Brembo. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with bigger brake kits? Can I do it with the stock 17" rims? And finally what is a shop in the SF bay area that will do the upgrade? Thanks for all the help!

You will probably need to get bigger wheels with the correct offset to upgrade to larger rotors. I've driven Hondas/Acuras all my life and I never had a problem with warping rotors. If you simply want increase braking power, just replace the brake pads to Axxis metal master pads.
