Recently my brake lamp light is on in the odometer. Then I noticed that the brake light in my rear windshield window is not working. Then, I look inside the trunk underneath the brake light, I see that you have two sockets for the brake lamp, I replaced one of the bulb. However, there's only one connector so only one bulb is working.

I believe the other connector connected to my rear spolier that has the brake light as well. Is there anyway I could get the two bulbs on my rear brake light working as well as the spoiler light. Do they sell a splitter to split the connector cable? or is there supposed to be 3 connectors in the trunk? otherwise, if someone install a rear spoiler, then they should sacrifice half of the brake lamp in my rear windshield window?

 

If you want both lights to come on, you will probably have to splice the wires yourself.

 

do you also have the same wiring in your car? two connectors only.. one to the rear windshield brake light and the other one to the spoiler (if you have one)? I believe your car is 99-01 right?

 

Yes, same thing as mine. Either the spoiler brake light or the 3rd brake light on the rear window.
