Default blower motor relay?

Hi, I'm new here. Go easy on me. I have a 96 2.5tl and the blower motor quit working. Premium package, dont know if that matters. The climate controll appears to be working as the servos in the ducts work and the a/c engages or disengages the clutch on the compressor. Anyway the fuse is good and has been tested for continuity. There is a plug under the passenger side that appears to be the blower motor. it has three wires, a ground, a blue with red stripe in a large guage and a smaller blue with not sure what color stripe in a small guage wire. There is no power to either of the power wires at this plug when the fan should be on. If this is the correct plug, that leads me to believe that the relay has gone bad.

The problem is that I don't have a FSM or a way to get one quickly. If anyone has either a repair manual that shows this or a FSM and could

(1)describe both the location and wire colors for the wires entering the reisitor so I know that the plug I think is the one is correct and

(2)where the relay for that circuit is and how to test it, ie which poles I would greatly appreciate it. There are so many relays hidden around the vehicle that I don't have a clue as to which one would be the heater and my hond accord FSM doesn't help. (I have an accord as well so I didn't buy the wrong book, but I dont have the right one...)

Thanks in advance! If I'm on the wrong track here please let me know!
