vigor trans
i have a 93 vigor gs..i am not sure if something is wrong or not but when i put my car in gear it jerks into gear...not real hard but there is a jerk...also i here a click noise when putting it into gear and into park..is anything abnormal??
just to add something...sometimes when i am just driving and pushing the gas pedal slowly not pushin it down to gain speed fast...it sometimes when switching to third it will be at 2500 rpms and then rev up to 3000 and switch. the car doesnt accelerate when that happens during the switch it just revs real quick then switchs. any idea.
Has it always done this or is this a recent thing?

I believe the minor jerk and the click noise is normal. The minor jerk is simply your car going into gear, as is the noise.

that jerk in to gear, is a worn seal in the gearbox, its nothing to worry about, i still have that problem and the trans is fine, try changing the trans fluid with genuine honda/acura trans fluid, that should help stop the slipping
