Default no lights on the dash!

i just installed a pioneer deck in my 02' tl-s and it soudns great but no sub, but thats my problem. for some reason my dash lights will not turn on, any of them. i have a navi, that wont dim when the head lights turn on and my rear tail lights wont turn on either. they were working when i put the deck in but after about an hour of driving around, the lights went out....also my battery seems to not want to keep a charge however the eye on the battery is still green.

the deck turns off and stuff, it holds memory.... just noticed when I used my stock alarm the front curtsey lights didn’t flash, yeah, those now don’t turn on either when I turn on my head lights...I checked all the fuses that I could find and they seem ok.

Well, try taking your Pioneer deck out and see if everything comes back. My guess is that you probably switched some wires around, like hooking up the ignition wire directly to the battery, draining the battery. Or some live wire is touching metal and shorting out things.

if you look at the wiring harness for the car to the unit follow all of the leads for the wires and make sure if there is a lead on one side it continues through the harness to the other clip, im taking about the actual plug in clip, because some cars have different wiring harness made for the same model, possible becuase you have navi,

I checked the fuses on the driver and passenger door side also the ones under the hood. Everything seems fine but I don’t see a fuse for my dash lights or my tail lights. I used a wiring harness and just plugged it into the stock harness. Everything worked just fine; I didn’t have to splice any wires. Just no sub, I’m really stumped...
