rpm speed

hi i have a 1992 vigor. My quastion is at 70 mph my tach is 2700 rpm. p.s. its a 5 speed. IS this high or normal

depends on what gear your are in in. It does seem low though.

Wish I could have found a 5spd. I like how the auto is setup in the Vig... it's not lazy. But a manual is the way to go.
