just bought a 92 vigor and the blinkers don't work (they don't light up or blink), but when i hit the hazard button they work just fine. thought it was the fuse at first so i checked that, but the fuse is not where the diagram on the inside of the fuse box says. where is the turn signal fuse located?

 

I would replace the flasher
