Default Vigor Idling Problem***help

i own a 93 acura vigor and ive replaced the coolant temperature sensor, the idle air control valve and cleaned the throttle body and adjusted the idle pin. but the original problem is still there, the car idles funny in drive, in neutral, with the ac on with the radio on and off, and when im driving at any speed and let my foot off the gas pedal the car jerks i put the car in neutral to just coast or to come to a stop without the car jerking the way it does. the check engine light comes on whenever it feels like it and when i check it it gives me code 14 (EACV) i know that the sensor wont pick up on vacuum leaks but i checked the hoses and theyre all good. Im stumped! any advice would help...thanks.

Did you try adjusting the base idle? I had an idle problem a while ago, I forget how to do this off the top of my head, but look into it in any good automotive service book for the car, might be problem.

Check for vacuum leaks obviously too.

14 = IACV.

The wires leading to the IACV are bad or shorted, or the pin on the ecu is bad. Unplug the IACV to double check. If the idle doesn't change (is still crappy) w/ the IACV connecter unplugged the it's the wires/ecu.
