Default 92 vigor turbo

Aright ive been searching and havent found much information on turbo'ing a vigor other than its going to be totally custom and a lot of work. My question to all of you guys is do you know of anyone who has done it? Anything you heard about the project? A website? Any examples at all. Or if anyone has any additional info on it other than its all custom etc.
thanks

Pretty much everything will have to be custom made. If you want off the shelf parts, you picked the wrong car.

Go pop the hood of your Vig and look at the exhaust manifold. Do you honestly see any way of fitting a turbo in there? Not likely man, the engine bay is waaaaaay too cramped. The way the head is angled puts the manifold like 1.5" from the chassis. I just don't see it happening without some major, major fabrication and lots of dough.

You can mount it right by the muffler a la muscle car style. But there's no tuning options available other than a VASF. It'd be a huge bitch, I looked into it and when I realized how much work it would be, I put the car on the market.

I hear ya...I dropped that idea within about 12 seconds of popping the hood.

That's a nice Vig man. What size wheels/tires are those? I plan on just running the stock wheels and am deciding between the ProKit and Sportline, and I like how your car sits in those pics. I imagine the stock wheels may fill the fender gap a bit more as well.

You plan on parting out any of it?

Those are 215/45-17's. And those are with the Eibach Prokit, shitty drop, at least for me. I wanted it a lot lower. It advertises 1.2" but I got like 0.5" at most. So then I went with Suspension Techniques, which is currently what I'm on...2.5" drop now. Long story short outdated photos.

And nah, selling it as is except the rims are already sold to my buddy, so stock rims. I just won't want to take all the effort to put the stock stuff back in. Plus it's unique and that may help sell it.

I loved the car, but I was just itching for speed potential. So a new project car comes.

Damn...1.2-1.5" is about what I was looking for, sucks it didn't drop all the way.

That's cool, good luck selling. I actually just got my Vigor and rebuilt it, gonna be my daily driver so I can begin a new project. I think the Vig is a great all around commuter car, definitely wouldn't want it as a project car though. There's just nothing fun to do with it!
