Accord wiring harness same as Civic wiring harness?

I had an Accord that I installed a system on, but I kept the wiring harness adapter. Is the adapter the same as a Civic wiring harness aswell?

1997 Honda Accord I used the harness in. Now I have 1995 Honda Civic. Thanks...

Indeed, thanks thanks. I took a look at a wiring harness today from WalMart...same shizznit, WOOHOO.
